ONÉSIMUS: U.S. & CANADA POLICY  

This policy outlines the terms under which Onésimus fulfills orders and serves customers located in the United States and Canada. We aim to ensure transparency, protect your consumer rights, and clarify how we operate across these two regions. 

Order Fulfillment & Availability 

We fulfill all orders subject to product availability. Orders placed through our Canadian and U.S. sales channels are shipped from designated fulfillment centers. In the rare event that an item becomes out of stock or unavailable after an order has been placed, we will promptly notify you and, where possible, offer an alternative solution, replacement item, or a full refund. We reserve the right to limit quantities on certain products and to cancel or refuse any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, unauthorized transactions, reseller abuse, or violations of our policies and terms of service. 

Pricing, Taxes, and Currency 

All prices on the Onésimus website are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. For U.S. orders, currency conversion may apply depending on your payment provider. Applicable sales taxes, including Canadian GST/HST and U.S. state taxes, are automatically calculated and added at checkout based on your shipping address. We comply with local tax collection regulations for both countries.

Shipping and Delivery Timeframes 

Standard and expedited shipping options are available for deliveries within Canada and the United States. Estimated delivery timeframes may vary depending on the destination, customs clearance procedures, and the performance of third-party shipping carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Onésimus is not responsible for shipping delays caused by courier service providers, customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Customs, Duties & Import Regulations 

For U.S. customers: Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your local customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. For Canadian customers: There are no customs fees for domestic orders. However, for certain high-value orders shipped from international warehouses, customs inspection delays may occur. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Our Return Policy is designed to provide our customers with confidence and peace of mind when shopping with Onésimus. Eligible items may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery, provided that the items are unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with all tags attached. Customers located in Canada and the United States may initiate a return through our website or by contacting our customer service team for assistance. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part, including but not limited to incorrect, damaged, or defective items. We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges that do not comply with the conditions outlined in our Return Policy. Shipping Costs & Responsibility 

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If an order is returned due to refusal of delivery, unsuccessful delivery attempts, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, the original shipping charges and any applicable return shipping or handling fees will be deducted from the total refund amount.

Limitations of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Onésimus shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our products or from delays caused by customs clearance procedures, carrier service disruptions, cross-border regulations, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In all cases, the total liability of Onésimus shall be limited to the total purchase value of the order giving rise to the claim.
