ONESIMUS ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY

1. Cancellation Window – Customers may cancel their order for a full refund within
   24 hours of placing the order. This applies to all purchases made directly through
   the Onesimus online platform.
2. Shipment Timeline - Orders will not be fulfilled or shipped within the first 24-hour
   period after purchase. This ensures that customers have the opportunity to
   cancel without incurring shipping or processing charges.
3. Post-24-Hour Cancellations - Once the 24-hour window has passed, orders are
   automatically processed for shipment and can no longer be cancelled or
   refunded, except in cases that meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy.
4. Return Eligibility - Customers who receive their order and wish to return it after
   the cancellation period must follow the terms of our official Return and Refund
   Policy, including product condition and time-frame compliance.
5. How to Cancel - To cancel your order within the 24-hour window, please contact
