We want you to feel confident in every Onésimus purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward return policy to support your experience. Please read below to understand the process, timelines, and conditions for returns.
Eligibility for Returns
Returns are accepted for eligible items purchased online at full price within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be in their original, unused condition with tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase is required.
How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email: support@onesimusbarongs.com with your order number, item details, and reason for return. Our team will respond with instructions and a return address. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. In such cases, Onésimus will cover the cost of return shipping and replacement.
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned product is received and inspected. Funds will be returned to the original method of payment. Processing time may vary based on your financial institution, typically 5–10 business days.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Worn, damaged, or washed items not due to manufacturing defect
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
Unboxing Policy
Please take an uncut, continuous video while opening your parcel, starting from a 360-degree view of the unopened box, as this will serve as your valid proof in case of missing or damaged items."
Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact support@onesimusbarongs.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos, videos and order details. We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.
Return Window for International Orders
International returns (outside Canada) must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. Return costs and any applicable customs fees are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.
