ONÉSIMUS SHIPPING POLICY
General Information
We ship from our warehouse in Philippines. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. You will be notified by email if any delays arise during processing.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to Canada, USA, and selected international regions. If your country is not listed at checkout, please email us at support@onesimusbarongs.com for assistance.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location, shipping method, and total weight. Promotional offers such as free shipping may apply during special campaigns and are subject to terms.
Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees
International shipments may be subject to duties, taxes, or customs fees. These are determined by your country’s import policies and are the responsibility of the buyer. Onésimus is not liable for delays or additional charges caused by customs clearance processes.
Tracking and Confirmation
Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It may take up to 24 hours for tracking to activate. If you haven’t received tracking after 3 business days, please contact support@onesimusbarongs.com
Delivery Issues
If your package is lost, delayed, or arrives damaged, contact our support team immediately. We must receive claims for missing or damaged shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work directly with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue.
Failed Deliveries and Reattempts
If a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address or failure to receive it, it may be returned to us. Re-delivery may incur additional fees. If the customer declines re-delivery, a refund will be issued minus original shipping costs and potential return shipping fees.
Holiday & Peak Season Considerations
Please allow extra time for processing and delivery during holidays and sale periods. Carrier delays during peak seasons are out of our control, so ordering early is recommended.
Signature on Delivery
Some orders may require a signature upon delivery to ensure secure receipt, especially for high value or limited-edition pieces. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.
Unclaimed Parcels
If your parcel is unclaimed and returned to us, a re-delivery fee may apply. Alternatively, a refund may be provided less the original shipping fee and return-to-sender charges.
Refusal of Shipment
If you choose to refuse delivery of a shipment for any reason other than a damaged or incorrect item, we reserve the right to deduct return shipping and restocking fees from your refund.
Customer Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
