Processing Times 

Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days. Processing times may vary during peak seasons, promotional periods, or due to the availability of specific materials. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that processing times may also be extended during periods of high demand or unforeseen operational delays.

Shipping and Delivery Estimates 

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are calculated based on the shipping destination, selected courier, and applicable customs clearance timelines. While we make every effort to meet the indicated delivery estimates, delays may occur due to customs inspections, adverse weather conditions, or logistical issues with third-party carriers beyond our control. 

International Customs and Duties 

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and are not included in the product or shipping costs. Onésimus is not liable for delays caused by customs processing. 

Customs Declarations 

All international shipments are accompanied by appropriate customs documentation as required by law. We declare the value and nature of the goods in compliance with the customs regulations of the destination country. 

Returned or Undeliverable Packages 

Packages returned to us due to incorrect address, refusal to pay customs duties, or failed delivery attempts may be refunded, excluding shipping and handling charges. Re-shipping may require an additional fee. Please ensure all shipping details are accurate at the time of order. 

Restricted and Prohibited Destinations 

We do not ship to countries where import of our products is restricted or prohibited by law. 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their order complies with local import regulations. 

Risk of Loss 

All items purchased from Onésimus are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means the risk of loss and title for such items passes to you upon our delivery to the carrier. 

Packaging and Sustainability 

We aim to use eco-friendly and reusable packaging materials wherever possible. Packaging contents may include branded tags, hangers, and garment bags designed for presentation and protection during transit.
